Professional, fast and totally smooth experience from start to finish

My large gas tank started leaking gas due partly to the extreme heat Martin Hilton arrived on site and within a very short time identified a leaky valve which he replaced superb service Thank you Martin from moulton marsh

I have email several times regarding my contract renewal. Emails never replied to or acknowledged.

Very poor. I will be changing supplier and I sincerely hope I do not incur any fee for this as you as a company do not reply to your customers

Andy Hopkins arrived on the hottest day of the year and worked through his schedule faultlessly explaining any issues that may be necessary to satisfy.
He was most personable and understanding of our privacy.

I reported my gas bottle venting and Jordan Evans arrived promptly. He was courteous, extremely reassuring and explained that it was the pressure valve venting due to the extreme heat. I felt completely reassured, what a professional young man.

We had a 2000 litre bulk tank venting due to the hot weather. I phoned the Calor emergency number and Andy Hopkins was with us within 2 hours.
Once the tank had calmed down a valve had to be replaced which Andy did. I’m an Engineer by trade and chatted to Andy as he did a thorough and very meticulous job.
Andy was great. Having phoned ahead he arrived when he said he would, was extremely diligent in his work and gave me great advise on how to manage the tank in the future.

Karl attended quickly and sorted the problem efficiently and expertly, whilst reassuring me that should there be future problems then they too will be sorted equally efficiently.

Reported gas leak to Calor Gas engineer Simon arrived promptly very efficient explained clearly what has caused the issue (extreme heat). Rectified and replaced a valve. Engineer was polite courteous and very knowledgeable

While installing a new gas boiler, we discovered that the Emergency Control Valve was not fully shutting off. I contacted Calor Gas by telephone and email, but not as an emergency as the gas was not being used on the hottest day of the summer so far - 35 deg C. Within an hour, Calor's technician, Jordan Evans, arrived, and despite having to work in the full glare of the midday sun, removed and replaced the faulty valve. An excellent job of work performed by a dedicated young technician.

The customer service skills at this place is absolutely disgusting. I wish I would of recorded the phone call. The office staff don’t half like to point blame at their customers for their own lack of communication between themselves and the customer and then start an argument demanding an apology over the phone

Ash & Charlie did a fantastic job, moving us from our bulk tank to cylinders. They were professional, patient and left the site clean and tidy. They are both brilliant ambassadors for Calor Engineering.

Had to call Calor emergency line as my LPG tank was leaking gas. After a short wait a Calor gas agent came. He was just passing and wasn't down to sort the problem but took time to come in and have a look and offered me some useful tips. (I later learned his name was Dave and is a manager). Then Dan arrived and after a brief conversation with Dave set about checking the tank and working parts. He replaced the PRV valve and done various safety checks. All in all Dan carried out his work in a very efficient and pleasing manner. Both lads are a credit to Calor gas. Thank you both
